We use Baker Petroleum for boiler fuel oil .The fuel is for on demand hot water and emergency heat back up for the heat pump. The house has a 400 amp service and the shop has an additional 200 amp service. There is a 50 amp 220v plug in for an RV in the garage and an additional 50 service by the back deck for a hot tube.The down stairs hvac was replaced in 2021, the upstairs hvac and hot water boiler was replaced in 2022.The mini split in the new addition above the garage was installed in 2022.
